Registered Architectural Partner, Manhattan
A small firm based out of Union Square is looking to bring on a Partner who is licensed. They do innovative work in commercial, retail, and branded environments. Partner will run a brand new project: an 8-story residential/hospitality new construction building on the West Side of Manhattan. They are looking for someone who is “young spirited”, has a strong work ethic, has solid CD experience, has experience running an office and running projects, and is well versed in 3D programs and AutoCAD. This is a great opportunity to get in with a firm that is experiencing growth even in these tough economic times.

“Design firms are still hiring, but there’s incredible competition, so design your résumé to grab the reviewer’s attention. If you’re unemployed, work toward your architectural registration and LEED certification. Construction experience makes for a well-rounded designer, so volunteer with Habitat for Humanity or through the AIA Center for Communities by Design”
