Terry Thiele (Owner/Recruiter) received her BFA from James Madison University with a concentration in Interior Design. Her summer internship was spent working with Gwathmey Siegel Associates Architects in Manhattan. After graduation she worked for Michael Graves and Associates for 2 years before leaving the field to work as a recruiter. She has remained in touch with her colleagues and friends in the design industry and she uses these contacts as well as her recruiting experience to match top level candidates and firms.

Project Architect and Project Manager

12-person NYC area firm is working on several hospitality and retail projects. They want designers with a strong creative background, a strategic sense, and intellect. They are currently working on projects in Oregon, Denver, Pittsburg, Shanghai, etc. and continuing to grow. They are partnering up with a branding firm in China which could lead to some interesting work. Currently they are seeking a senior architect or interior designer (approximately 8-10 years of experience), a junior architect or interior designer (approximately 3-5 years of experience), and a Mid-Level Account Manager/Marketing Person. This person would help with marketing materials, developing proposals, and closing deals. They should have a background in design or some sort of relevant creative field.
