As you are aware, the architecture industry was hit hard by the recession but appears to be leveling off. Because of this, my number of openings has dropped significantly and my number of qualified candidates has increased dramatically. I am still in contact with my clients and I make new ones consistently but openings are coming and going much more quickly than in the past.
